Mitsubishi Recall: About 102,000 Mitsubishi cars from the 1986 model year are being recalled because they exceed federal standards for carbon monoxide emissions, the Environmental Protection Agency said. Cars sold in California, which has different pollution standards from the rest of the country, are not affected by the recall. The cars were equipped with 1.5-liter engines and sold as the Mitsubishi Mirage, Dodge Colt and Plymouth Colt, most of them under the Dodge and Plymouth nameplates.
