ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. —
Contractors have asked the Casino Control Commission to help force the Taj Mahal Casino Resort to complete payment for work on Donald Trump’s new casino, a commission spokesman said.
The commission has yet to receive a formal complaint to refer to the state Division of Gaming Enforcement, however, said the spokesman, Tom Flynn.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Wednesday that about $35 million is owed to about 100 contractors for work on the casino, which cost $1 billion.
