Man Reports Torture After Failed Drug Deal
A man told police he was burned, given electric shocks, put on a hot stove and had hot wax poured into his eyes after he and another man were abducted in a drug deal that went sour, police said Tuesday.
The three alleged abductors were charged with unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and drug possession, officials said. Police said the three told them the other two men were trying to burglarize a house.
Officers confiscated what appeared to be cocaine, along with pills, drug paraphernalia and $1,200 in cash.
