Funky Cold Lawsuit: Young M.C. is suing his recording company, Delicious Vinyl Inc., claiming it failed to pay all the profits it owes him for composing the hits “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina.” The rapper also said in the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit that the company breached an agreement not to release recordings of the songs by another artist until it released his own recordings. Tone Loc recorded the songs. Officials of Delicious Vinyl could not be reached for comment.
