7 Cultists Seized in Desecration of Jewish Cemetery

Seven people suspected of belonging to a “satanic music cult” were arrested today in connection with the desecration of a Jewish cemetery in the town of Carpentras, police said.

Police arrested 15 people in pre-dawn raids in the region around the town of Albi, 200 miles west of the southern town of Carpentras. All but the seven were released after identity checks, police said.

Police said those held in the vandalism of 34 tombs May 10 are between 20 and 30 years old and are linked to a bizarre “satanic music cult” known as “Trash.”
