The Treasury announced plans to sell $10 billion in 52-week bills on May 31. The bills will be dated June 7 and will mature on June 6, 1991 . . . Boise, Ida.-based Albertson’s Inc. announced a 2-for-1 stock split payable June 29 to shareholders of record June 8 . . . Rockwell International Corp. has changed the name of its Space Transportation Systems division to the Space Systems division . . . USAir announced that effective July 1 it will increase to 14 from eight its daily flights between Burbank and San Francisco International Airport and will add one flight to its Oakland-Burbank schedule, going to six daily flights from five.
