Shamrock to Sell Radio Station: Shamrock Broadcasting Inc. of Burbank said it has reached a tentative agreement to sell Dallas radio station KMGC-FM to San Francisco-based Alliance Broadcasting Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Shamrock, which owns 14 other radio stations and three TV stations throughout the United States, had previously agreed to sell the station for $22 million to Cook Inlet Radio Partners in a deal that was not consummated.
