WORLD : Strike by Arabs Marks Slayings

JERUSALEM —
Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip staged a general strike today marking a month’s passing since the massacre of seven Arab laborers by a lone Israeli gunman outside Tel Aviv.
“We will never forget the heroes of Black Sunday,” said a slogan painted in green on a wall along the main street of Gaza City. It referred to the victims of the May 20 attack and was signed by the Muslim fundamentalist movement Hamas, which translates as zeal .
