Deidre Hicks has been named general manager of customer services for Pacific Bell for Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Inyo counties. She will work in Tustin. Hicks, who has been with Pacific Bell for 15 years, was most recently supervisor of the statewide corporate communications department.
