Tentative Distribution Agreement Health Tech Inc., a Newport Beach manufacturer of a medical diagnostic system that measures electrical conductivity at acupuncture points in the hands and feet, said it has signed a tentative distribution agreement with a South Korean firm. Health Tech said Technology Research Bank of Seoul has agreed to manufacture and distribute the system in Asia over the next three years. Health Tech said it expects to receive $10 million in license revenues within the first 12 months of the agreement.
