Richard K. Donahue, a Massachusetts lawyer and former aide to President John F. Kennedy, will become Nike Inc.’s president and chief operating officer July 1. Donahue served as a congressional liaison for Kennedy from 1960 to 1963. He is a partner at Donahue & Donahue in Lowell, Mass., and has been on Nike’s board since 1978. He will be Nike’s first president.
