Three D Departments Inc.: The Costa Mesa-based retail seller of home textiles posted a net income of $20,000 for its fiscal third quarter ended April 28. That figure contrasts with the $71,000 loss reported for the period in the previous year. Revenue increased 18%, to $9.8 million from $8.3 million. Net income for the first three quarters dropped 20%, to $515,000 from $640,000. The company said the decline is the result of higher store operating and administrative costs. Revenue rose 5%, to $31.1 million from $29.7 million.
