Belcor Inc.: The Irvine plastic bag and metal fabrication company posted a net income of $312,467 for its fiscal second quarter ended April 30, a gain of 17% from the 267,247 reported for the period the year before. Revenue for the quarter rose 8%, to $6.6 million from $6.1 million. For the first half of fiscal 1990, net income nearly doubled, to $625,736 from $327,316 for the first six months of the previous fiscal year. Revenue was up 9%, to $13.3 million from $12.2 million.
