Ben Johnson’s former physician, Jamie Astaphan, and another Toronto doctor, Ara Artinian, who were accused of giving steroids to Canadian athletes, were charged with professional misconduct by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Both face the possibility of having their licenses revoked and being fined up to $10,000.
