Pact Links Waste Management and Stone Container: In another firming of the markets for reused paper fiber, Stone Container Corp., which makes unbleached paperboard packaging, will buy all its feed stock from Waste Management Inc., a leading trash collector, through a new marketing company to be based in Atlanta. In 1990, Stone Container’s 24 mills worldwide will use almost 2 million tons of waste paper.
