Holmes & Narver Names V.P., Chief Financial Officer

Mark C. Clarke has been named vice president and chief financial officer of Holmes & Narver Inc., an Orange architecture, engineering, construction and management services firm. He was formerly vice president and controller of Hadson Power. Before that, he had been corporate controller of Ultrasystems Inc., which Hadson acquired in 1988.
