Anti-Drug Program Planned at Air Base
The Marine Corps and the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner’s Department will join forces today to present a daylong drug awareness program at the Marine air station here.
The public can talk with pilots and their crews in a special aviation open house, as well as speak with representatives of the countywide “Drug Abuse Is Life Abuse” campaign.
Children can participate in carnival games throughout the day, picnic lunches will be available for purchase and three P-51 Mustang fighter planes from World War II will be on display.
