IRA Claims Victim Was an Infiltrator

BELFAST, Northern Ireland —
Irish Republican Army said Friday that it had executed a man its members believed had infiltrated the IRA as a British informer.
Police found the body of the alleged informant, Paddy Flood, 30, near Newtownhamilton, 65 miles west of Belfast.
