Blue Cross of California named Samuel L. Westover as chief financial officer of the Woodland Hills-based health insurance company.
Westover, 35, succeeded Ken Woerman, who is now Blue Cross’ senior vice president of planning. Westover formerly was chief executive of Western Health Plans Inc. in San Diego.
