Circle K Corp.: The Phoenix-based convenience store chain, which is under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, reported an annual loss of $772.9 million, contrasted with a profit of $15.4 million the previous year. Revenue rose 7% to $3.7 million. The company said the results reflected a $639.3-million fourth-quarter restructuring charge.
