Second Hostage Freed, Palestinian Group Says

BEIRUT —
The Palestinian Revolutionary Factions said Sunday that it had released Swiss hostage Elio Erriquez after 10 months in captivity. Erriquez’s colleague Emanuel Christen was freed in Lebanon last Wednesday and flew home from Damascus.
Erriquez, 24, and Christen, 33, were snatched in October, 1989, in Sidon, south Lebanon. Both are relief workers for the International Committee of the Red Cross.
