Inc. Plans Russian Edition: The magazine plans to begin publishing a Russian-language edition in mid-1991, owner Bernard Goldhirsh said. The 11-year-old, 640,000-circulation publication is designed to help people build small businesses. The Russian edition would be published in a joint venture with International Computer Exchange, a Soviet publishing firm. Goldhirsh said 100,000 copies would be distributed as free samples. He hopes to eventually convert those readers to paying subscribers.
