Hydro-Fluent Executive Named

Douglas Derouin has been named vice president of business development for Hydro-Fluent Inc., an Irvine environmental engineering and services company.

Before joining the company, he was testing services manager for Paul-Munroe Enertech, a nuclear-power engineering and services company, and regional operations manager for Smith International, an oil-drilling product and services company in Houston.
