$52-Million Fine upheld: Russell County Circuit Judge Donald McGlothin Jr. ordered the filed a joint motion to dismiss the fines after settling their 10-month-long strike Feb. 19./ The walkout involved 1,200 striking miners in Virginia and Kentucky.
