International Force

The “U.N. Navy” (Aug.17) article was so right. The United States alone mustn’t be enforcing international sanctions, but instead help to create a U.N. Naval Force to share the great cost and responsibility of the Persian Gulf crisis. Let’s bring this to the attention of both President Bush and Secretary General Xavier Perez de Cuellar.
