Laura Ashley to Sell 15% to Japanese Group: Laura Ashley Holdings PLC will sell the stake in itself to the Aeon Group of Japan for $58.3 million, the company announced. The British retailer said it would sell 35.2 million new shares of its stock to the Japanese retailer for 29.9 million pounds. The price represented a 73% premium over what its shares closed at Tuesday.
