Car Seat Label Warning: Fisher-Price has determined that the metallic label on the shield of its child car seats can become loose over time. In some cases, children have removed the label, placed it in their mouths and begun choking. The company is urging consumers to periodically inspect their car seats and peel off the label if it is loose. The seats involved are No. 9100 and 9101 manufactured before July, 1989. Seats made since then use a hard plastic label and are not affected.
