Army Delays Decision: The Army said it will delay for two years a decision on whether to proceed with a $6.1-billion anti-aircraft missile system made by Martin Marietta Corp. to let the company fix problems with the system. The military wants to purchase 378 of the vehicles armed with anti-aircraft missiles and guns, but said the vehicle itself, not the weapons, had been suffering mechanical problems.
