U.S. Tallies Panama Cost

WASHINGTON —
The U.S. invasion of Panama last December cost more than $163 million, the General Accounting Office said Thursday. The GAO found that the expenses for Operation Just Cause were about $155 million for the Army, $5.7 million for the Air Force and $2.9 million for the Navy.
