* Donley E. Lincicome has been appointed vice president of operations for Parker Automotive Corp., Costa Mesa. Before joining the company, he managed warehousing, distribution and transportation for Guardian Industries in Ohio. In addition, Robert E. Flynn has been named vice president of domestic sales for the company’s CarbonClean products, an automobile cleaning product. He most recently served as chief executive and president of Diesel-Comp Fuel Injection Inc.
