Stotler Securities Unit Settles SEC Charges: The government securities subsidiary of Stotler Group Inc. has lost its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of a settlement of regulatory charges. Without admitting or denying wrongdoing, Stotler & Co., the affiliate of the troubled Chicago futures concern, settled the administrative action, which was brought last month. The SEC charged the firm with violating regulations concerning the sale of government securities.
