Shipyard Blast Kills 3

LISBON, Portugal —
Three shipyard workers died in an explosion in the hold of an oil tanker they were cleaning, newspapers reported Sunday. The blast occurred Saturday afternoon on the Rapana, a tanker undergoing repairs in the Lisnave shipyards across the Tagus River from Lisbon. Cause of the blast was not known.
