The “Calypso Casino” held at the Hyatt Newporter in Newport Beach on Sept. 15 raised an estimated $20,000 for the Founders, Central and South Coast Guilds of Casa Teresa. Terri Tanner was chairwoman.

The “Afternoon at the Ritz” luncheon and fashion show held at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point on Sept. 22 raised an estimated $20,000 for Casita de San Jose. Linda Hirsham was chairwoman.

The “International Hoe-Down” held at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park on Sept. 23 raised an estimated $5,000 for the Protocol Foundation of Orange County. Janet Curci Walsh and Rudy Lukes were chairwomen.
