Firms Join Prudential: Three of the nation’s top independent residential real-estate companies have become members of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the national franchise subsidiary of The Prudential. They are: Prudential California Realty, a 78-office firm that had 1989 revenues of $9 billion; Prudential Preferred Properties, which operates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia with 68 offices and sales of $3.6 billion, and Prudential Florida Realty, a 62-office company that had sales of $3.1 billion.
