Morale of Marines in Persian Gulf

Share

We do not need to be pampered, only treated fairly and leveled with, which the commandant does. The Marines have a saying, “Marines take care of their own.” We will provide those things that will maintain morale, not only because we care for our fellow Marines, but because low morale would lower our combat effectiveness. Commandant Gray is a warrior and he wants his Corps to uphold our tradition of “ Semper Fidelis ,” and as such would not allow morale to affect his troops.
