4 Die as Plane Hits Ditch

OTTAWA, Ohio —
Four people aboard a single-engine airplane were killed when the plane came down on U.S. 224 near here, skidded into a ditch and burst into flames, officials said. The cause of the crash Sunday night was not determined immediately.
