Treasury to Auction 52-Week Bills: The Treasury will auction $10.75 billion of the bills next Thursday to raise $975 million in new cash. But the department also said it “will postpone the auction unless it has assurance of enactment of legislation to raise the statutory debt limit before the scheduled auction date.”
