Coca-Cola Enterprises: Net income for the third quarter was $19 million, up 40% from the same period of 1989. Sales were $1.07 billion, a 4% rise from the same period of last year. The Atlanta-based bottling unit of Coca-Cola Co. attributed “balanced volume and price growth combined with controlled costs” for its results.
