Mexico’s Poor to Receive Credit Cards for Tortillas

MEXICO CITY — Authorities will give credit cards to 3.2 million poor families who have never had them before, the government newspaper El Nacional reported Thursday. The credit cards will be good for two pounds of free tortillas a day.
