Cetus Corp.: The biotechnology firm reported a first-quarter loss of $15.7 million, compared to a loss of $13.2 million in the same period a year ago. Revenue rose 66% to $12.3 million. The Emeryville, Calif., firm said the revenue increase was due in part to strong European sales of its Proleukin interleukin-2 drug for kidney cancer.
