Nebraska Official Accused of Misuses of Phone Card

LINCOLN, Neb. —
Nebraska state Treasurer Frank Marsh was charged Monday with theft by deception in alleged misuses of state telephone lines.
The felony charge accuses Marsh of using a state credit card to make more than $300 worth of personal calls.
