Tremor Rattles Iran Area Stricken by June Quake

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
A strong tremor Monday struck the Caspian Sea town of Roudbar, devastated by Iran’s deadliest earthquake, which killed 35,000 people in June. The Iranian News Agency said the magnitude 5.2 quake--the second in a week--also shook the provincial capital of Rasht, causing panic among residents.
