Both Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev and President Bush have active foreign travel schedules in the weeks ahead. Here are their itineraries.

1 Nov. 19-21--France for the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe summit; trip may be extended to include stops in the Middle East and Central Europe.
2 Nov. 26-27--Mexico.
3 Dec. 2-8--South America for a series of visits in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
4 December or January--Moscow for a summit meeting with Gorbachev (tentative).

2 Nov. 3--Hungary for a Warsaw Pact Summit.
3 Nov. 9-11--Germany (tentative).
4 Nov. 19-21--France for a summit of the 35-nation Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe.
5 Dec. 10--Norway to accept the Nobel Peace Prize.
6 Late December--Italy (tentative)
