* Bob L. Wielenga has been appointed to the new position of director, materials, for ITT Cannon Components division in Santa Ana. He was previously director, assembly manufacturing and materials, at the Paramax System division of Baxter Health Care Corp. in Irvine. The ITT Cannon Components division supplies electronic connectors and interconnect systems for commercial and military applications.
