Odetics to Buy Small Santa Clara Firm

Share

Odetics Inc., a high-technology company, said Thursday that it has agreed to buy the assets of Coordinated Time Link, a three-employee Santa Clara company that makes timing products.

Odetics declined to disclose terms. Earlier this year, Odetics bought K-Systems, a San Antonio firm that also makes timing products.

Holly Barnett, a spokeswoman for Odetics, said the acquisition will enable Odetics to expand its product offerings of timing instruments, such as those used to synchronize traffic lights.
