Hammock to Lead Appraiser Institute
James W. Hammock of Santa Barbara will be installed Dec. 1 as 1991 president of the Southern California chapter, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, succeeding Frances H. Wolfe of Glendale.
Other new officers, who also will be installed at the organization’s 59th annual installation banquet at the Biltmore Hotel, are David W. Riach, vice president; Christopher N. Hardy; secretary/treasurer, and Russell W. Reynolds, assistant secretary.
