A mistrial was declared in the drunken driving case of former “Taxi” co-star Jeff Conaway, arrested in an accident that injured a bicyclist.

Superior Court Judge Sara Redin declared the mistrial Thursday after the jury deadlocked.

There was no immediate word on whether prosecutors will retry the 40-year-old actor.

Prosecutors alleged Conaway was driving drunk Feb. 23 when his Porsche, traveling more than 60 m.p.h., slammed into cyclist Farid Farhan. Farhan broke his leg and required 15 stitches on his head.
