Norman P. Blake Jr., chairman and chief executive of Heller International Corp., has been named chairman, president and chief executive of USF&G; Corp., a diversified financial services company based in Baltimore. Blake, 49, has been the head of Chicago-based Heller since 1984. He succeeds Jack Moseley, who took early retirement this month.
