Ken Forsch has been appointed senior vice president of sales for LFC Real Estate Marketing Services Inc., a subsidiary of Lange Financial Corp. He was previously with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s office properties and tenant representation divisions. Before that, Forsch was a major league baseball player with the Houston Astros and the California Angels for 16 years. LFC, based in Newport Beach, specializes in real estate marketing programs.
