Gulls Lose Top Scorer

Brent Sapergia, the Gulls leading scorer, left San Diego for Europe today, where he will join a team in Birmingham, England, Gulls General Manager Don Waddell announced Monday.

The Gulls are also expected to acquire Coronado’s Edward Henson, who was in training camp but later cut, to back up Scott Brower, the only goalie currently on the roster.
